Air Condition Units: In order to save Energy and sustainability to improve the environment, the Air Condition units are operated by 1 Euro and 2 Euro coin yard. Six euro per night calculated on the total number of nights stay will be credited to the guests free of charge, but once that amount are used, the guests will need to use their own money to insert in the coin yard to operate the air conditions units. Dogs are not allowed inside the interior of the house but they are welcome to stay at the exterior of the house outside in the terraces and ground. Dogs must be always supervised and not to be left unattended. Dogs are also not allowed inside the swimming pole. Dogs must be three years old or over. Owners for small size dogs can request further information from the host prior to reservation. Dogs are only allowed to stay on the owners/guests own responsibilities for the safety and welfare of their dogs. The host is not responsible whatsoever for the health and safety of the guest's pets.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
