Please note that groups of people less than 25 years of age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival, you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund. Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration, receive a special discounted rate and do not include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure. JH Tip: Isleta Marina is located in the same complex as Isleta Marina Oasis and only 100 metres from Flor de Mar. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option! Guests must sign the property rental contract prior to check-in for stays of more than 10 days.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
