Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund. 2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded. 3/ Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
